The ship began to rotate in the air as Bacop pointed out the major exterior systems. He started by highlighting the large quad engine array at the back of the ship. From there, he moved on to the turbolaser batteries. There batteries were located such that they could defend the ship in every direction. Both the primary and auxiliary bridge had a similar layout, the major difference being that the primary bridge was elevated above the ship, allowing the extent of the upper hull as well as the space around the ship to be visible through the viewports. Since the auxiliary bridge was located at the center of the ship, it contained no actual viewports. Instead, monitors lined its walls and displayed images fed from various holocams mounted on the exterior of the ship. The positioning of the cams was such that the view in this room was similar to that of the viewports on the actual bridge.

The command stations in the bridge were organized into a horseshoe shape. Navigation and flight controls were at the fore of the bridge. The port stations contained the communications and sensor control decks, as well as V6's docking station. The starboard stations contained system status and engineering panels. The center of the horseshoe contained a holodeck that piped information from the various stations. It was here that the Captain or officer in charge typically kept watch over the bridge and the operation of the ship. Behind the command deck was a briefing room and a strategy/map room.
