Brief Overview
Argol is the Knight Commander of Albright, companion to Cazio and best friend to Quarion Liadon. After 100 years of service to adventuring, Argol has found himself to be a strong leader and warhorse, and he is astute and brave, he is still not adept at feeling security, compassion, or loss.

Early History
While many people are, have been, and will continue to be, born in Grundlewood, not many are the consequence of a siege, and fewer still live to see the conclusion. Argol was not only born as the consequence of a siege, he was borne right into the middle of it: fighting only moments after his conception.
During the Second Undead Siege of Grundlewood, a team of trained wizards and craftsman gathered. Though many of its citizens were already consumed, and there was little hope to saving its people, there was a great fear that, after consuming the city, the zombie army would move on to consume the rest of the countryside. The craftsmen and wizards recognized this and so, more than 100 years ago, Argol was raised to raze the undead.
He has no recollection of his creation, the full extent of his involvement in Grundlewood or of his brethren, or how he came to be free.
Training
One of the brilliant joys of being Argol is that he has a strong body and an adept knowledge of combat; that same advantage is reminiscent of a void in Argol, which is the seeming lack of acquisition of that knowledge. He has always been designed to kill, perhaps, in the beginning, even without distinction.
The real training did not come in learning to fight, but learning to be integrated back into person-kind. When he was raised by Lord Skulhedface, he was christened with the last name (and also as 'argol', a deterioration of the engraved 'wargolem' across his chest).
During his early years, he made many poorly calculated errors. There was no sense of judgment, nor opposition. He was stronger than many of his companions, and all of his enemies. Once again, the intention to destroy and kill became overwhelming and uncontrollable. Several innocent lives were lost to argol's undisciplined hands.
It was through the guidance of strangers, and finally through the King of Albright, that Argol (the name capitalized and emblazoned above his 'heart' on his breastplate) became a member of the community, and a citizen of power at that.
Current History
The King of Albright did more than simply restamp Argol's armor and offer him a job--he built a life for the warforged barbarian.
